The students of KVPY, Kishor Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana entrance examination conducted by the Indian Institute of Science under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India have achieved great success in the JEE and NEET coaching institute PCP, Sikar.
Rahul Pratap Singh Barath of PCP has secured second rank in Stream SB at General Category and All India Level. Seeing Sikar Sikar emerging on the national stage, residents of Sikar sent congratulations to the PCP family throughout the day. 8 PCP students are included in the top 50. Nikhil Kuldeep has secured 9th rank in general category and first rank in SC category at All India level. Similarly in general category Divya 12th, Sarita Yadav 29th, Garvit Chauhan 31st, Rahul Gurjar 39th, Vishnu Sikarwar 43rd, Vinay Pratap Singh 44th, Narendra Singh 760th, Navdeep 1136th, Rahul 1232th, Pramod Kumar Has secured 1473 rank. Dinesh Chandra Bairwa has secured 77th rank in SC category.
Rahul Pratap Singh Barath, who got second rank at All India level, is originally from Khundia, Sardarshahr, Churu. Rahul's father Inder Singh Barath is a government teacher while mother Manju Kanwar is a housewife. Rahul is working hard day and night to get the top rank in NEET-2022. Wants to serve humanity by becoming a cardiologist in future. Younger sister Rashmi Singh Barath is also doing NEET Foundation course in PCP. Rashmi is also an NTSE scholar. Rahul has achieved this success by studying for 8 hours a day. Rahul credits his success to his parents and teachers.
Rahul got dengue infected before the KVPY exam. The studies were interrupted for about 15 days but did not lose courage. Even during his illness, he tried to maintain closeness with books and eventually secured the second rank at the All India level.
Rahul is fond of playing badminton and has been selected four times at the state level. The passion for studies is so dominating that Rahul has stopped his favorite sport to get the top rank in NEET and KVPY. For the last two years, Rahul did not even go to the badminton court.
Nikhil Kuldeep, who secured 9th rank in general category at all India level and first rank in SC category, is a resident of Ambedkar Nagar, Fatehpur Road, Sikar. Nikhil's father Rakesh Kuldeep runs an electrical shop on Piprali Road while mother Manju Devi is a housewife. Nikhil wants to serve the country by becoming a doctor in future. Nikhil credits his success to his parents and teachers.
There was an atmosphere of enthusiasm in PCP on the stupendous success in KVPI. Institute Director Jogendra Sunda, Chairman Dr. Piyush Sunda, Chief Managing Director Rajesh Dhillon, Academic Head Dr. Rakesh Ruhela and Dr. Saran honored the selected students by garlanding them. Sweets were distributed and fireworks were set off.
It is worth mentioning that the students selected in KVPY get direct admission in highly reputed research institutes of the country as well as scholarship of Rs.80 thousand per year during graduation and post-graduation.
