Subhita Dhillon, a resident of Sikar, has secured the sixth rank in Rajasthan in the subject of History in the College Assistant Professor Recruitment Examination conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer.
Earlier in the year 2020, Subhita Dhillon had also secured first rank in History subject in the School Lecturer Recruitment Examination conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission. Despite being five months pregnant with twins during the school lecturer recruitment examination, Subhita worked hard day and night and secured the top position in the whole of Rajasthan and made the entire Shekhawati region proud. Subhita Dhillon is originally from Jhajhar village of Nawalgarh subdivision in Jhunjhunu district and is Pehar Mohanbari. Subhita's husband Rajesh Dhillon is the Chief Managing Director of Prince Education Hub, Sikar.
Subhita has three sisters and one brother. All are top in studies. One sister Kaushalya is doing PG in Medicine from Dhaka SMS Medical College, Jaipur. Second sister Sanju is pursuing MBBS from Dhaka Government Medical College, Kota. Brother Surendra Dhaka is doing B.Tech from MNIT, Jaipur and third sister Namita Dhaka has recently done B.Sc.
According to Subhita, for the preparation of competitive examinations, it is most important that whatever time is available, maximum use should be made. Ignoring the problems and keeping focus on your hard work and goal, then success is sure to come. To understand and remember a subject like history, it is necessary that the events of history are related to each other. So read them by linking and visualizing them in the mind. Along with regular study, Subhita also took constant guidance from many historians of Sikar for written examination and interview. On this success of Subhita, there was an atmosphere of celebration in the family. There was an influx of congratulations throughout the day.

राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग, अजमेर द्वारा आयोजित कॉलेज असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर भर्ती परीक्षा में सीकर निवासी सुभिता ढिल्लन ने इतिहास विषय में राजस्थान में छठी रैंक हासिल की है। इससे पूर्व वर्ष 2020 में सुभिता ढिल्लन ने राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित स्कूल व्याख्याता भर्ती परीक्षा में भी इतिहास विषय में प्रथम रैंक हासिल की थी। स्कूल व्याख्याता भर्ती परीक्षा के दौरान जुड़वा बच्चों से पाँच माह की गर्भवती होने के बावजूद सुभिता ने दिन-रात कड़ी मेहनत करके पूरे राजस्थान में अव्वल स्थान हासिल किया एवं पूरे शेखावाटी क्षेत्र को गौरवान्वित किया। सुभिता ढिल्लन मूल रूप से झुंझुनूं जिले में नवलगढ़ उपखंड के गांव झाझड़ की रहने वाली हैं एवं पीहर मोहनबाड़ी है। सुभिता के पति राजेश ढिल्लन सीकर स्थित प्रिंस एजुकेशन हब के मुख्य प्रबंध निदेशक हैं।
सुभिता के तीन बहनें एवं एक भाई हैं। सभी पढ़ाई में अव्वल हैं। एक बहन कौशल्या ढ़ाका एसएमएस मेडिकल कॉलेज, जयपुर से मेडिसिन से पीजी कर रही है। दूसरी बहन संजू ढ़ाका गवर्नमेंट मेडिकल कॉलेज, कोटा से एमबीबीएस कर रही है। भाई सुरेन्द्र ढ़ाका एमएनआईटी, जयपुर से बी.टेक कर रहा है एवं तीसरी बहन नमिता ढ़ाका ने हाल ही में बी.एस.सी किया है।
सुभिता के अनुसार प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी के लिए सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी है कि जो भी वक्त मिले उसका अधिक से अधिक सदुपयोग किया जाये। समस्याओं को नजरअंदाज करके अपनी मेहनत व लक्ष्य पर फोकस रखा जाए तो सफलता मिलना तय है। इतिहास जैसे विषय को समझने व याद रखने के लिए जरूरी है कि इतिहास की घटनाएँ एक-दूसरे से जुड़ी रहती है। इसलिए उन्हें लिंक करके और दिमाग में विजुलाइज करके पढ़ा जाये।
नियमित अध्ययन के साथ-साथ सुभिता ने लिखित परीक्षा एवं इंटरव्यू के लिए सीकर के अनेक इतिहासविज्ञों से भी निरंतर मार्गदर्शन लिया। सुभिता की इस सफलता पर परिवार में उत्सव का माहौल रहा। दिन-भर बधाईयों का तांता लगा रहा।
