International Yoga Day Celebrated at Prince Academy
International Yoga Day was celebrated at Prince Academy, a CBSE-affiliated English-medium school in Sikar.
During the event, students from classes 6 to 11 gave various yoga presentations based on the theme "Yoga for Healthy Aging" and highlighted the importance of physical and mental health alongside a healthy lifestyle through various *asanas* (yoga postures).
Prince Academy Managing Director M.R. Agarwal encouraged everyone to make yoga an integral part of their lives. Principal Poonam Chauhan, Renuka Punia, Academic Head Dharmpal Singh, Pre-Foundation Head Jaipal Singh, along with coordinators, staff members, and students, were present at the event.
