Workshop on Social-Emotional Learning and Well-being Held for Teachers at Prince Academy
A workshop focused on social-emotional learning, well-being, stress management, and the prevention of burnout was organized for teachers at Prince Academy, a CBSE English-medium school located on Palwas Road, Sikar.
The workshop commenced with a welcome for the resource person, Pooja Vashishth. Managing Director M.R. Agarwal honored her by presenting a bouquet.
Principal Poonam Chauhan, Renuka Poonia, Academic Head Dharmpal Singh, PCP Pre-Foundation Head Jaipal Singh Rathore, along with all coordinators and teachers, were present on the occasion.
During the workshop, Pooja Vashishth guided the teachers on key aspects such as stress management, emotional balance, mental health, and maintaining a balance between professional and personal life. She also highlighted the importance of positive thinking, self-care, and a healthy work environment.
