A Career Guidance Seminar related to Civil Services Examination was organized by Prince College Civil Services Division located at Jaipur-Bikaner Bypass, Sikar. The main speaker of the seminar was Ganpat Ram Yadav, selected in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2022.
Ganpat Ram Yadav, who belongs to a very ordinary family and grew up in struggles, shared his life's struggles and inspiring memoirs of the journey of preparation for civil services with the students. Motivated to adopt the four D principles Define, Diagram, Data and Dimension to score better marks in Civil Services Examination. He said that a student preparing for civil services should never have a one-sided thinking. Keeping multidimensional thinking and approach on every aspect strengthens answer writing skills.
At the end of the seminar, civil services candidates of Prince College also asked many interesting questions, to which Ganpat Ram Yadav gave logical and detailed answers with analysis.
In the program, Prince Eduhub Chairman Dr. Piyush Sunda and Retired Brigadier B.B. Janu honored Ganpat Ram Yadav by giving him Safa, bouquets and mementoes. College Manager Ashok Kumar, Principal Dr. Raju Sharma, UPSC Coordinator Kishore Jha, Kuldeep Singh and Mahendra Doodi, along with all the teachers and thousands of students were present on this occasion.

बेहद सामान्य परिवार से ताल्लुक रखने वाले व संघर्षों में पले-बढ़े गणपत राम यादव ने अपने जीवन के संघर्षों एवं सिविल सर्विसेज की तैयारी की यात्रा के प्रेरक संस्मरण विद्यार्थियों के साथ साझा किये। सिविल सर्विसेज परीक्षा में बेहतर अंक हासिल करने के लिए चार डी प्रिंसिपल डिफाइन, डायग्राम, डाटा एवं डायमेंशन अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सिविल सर्विसेज की तैयारी करने वाले विद्यार्थी को कभी भी एकतरफा सोच नहीं रखनी चाहिए। हर पहलू पर बहुआयामी सोच एवं दृष्टिकोण रखने से आंसर राइटिंग स्किल मजबूत होती है।
सेमिनार के अंत में प्रिंस कॉलेज के सिविल सर्विसेज अभ्यर्थियों ने अनेक रोचक प्रश्न भी किये, जिनके गणपत राम यादव ने विश्लेषण के साथ तार्किक एवं विस्तृत जवाब दिये।
