Refund Policy - Prince Eduhub
Prince Eudhub is an institute that understands its social responsibility very well. Hence, if any student who has taken admission in any wing of Prince Eduhub wishes to withdraw their admission for any valid reason, we are obliged to provide a refund in accordance with our refund policy, which is as follows.
- • If any student withdraws their admission, they are eligible for a refund within 20 days of the admission.
- • Refund will be given for the Tuition Fee and Hostel Fee.
- • No refund will be given for admission fees and study material charges.
- • The refund money will be paid via cheque only.
- • 15% of the annual tuition fee will be deducted for the admission withdrawal within 20 days.
- • For the same time period (0 to 20 days), one month's hostel fee will be deducted in the case of admission withdrawal.
- • The refund procedure may take up to 7 days after the refund application is submitted.
- • In any case of delay, the concerned person will be informed.
- • A written application is required to be submitted for a refund, accompanied by a valid reason.
- • A copy of the fee receipt has to be attached to the application.
- • The application has to be signed by the concerned coordinator of the respective wing.
- • Prince Eduhub reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request based on its internal policies and verification procedures.
- • In the case of any dispute related to the Refund, the jurisdiction shall be Sikar only.
